I haven't used it since I bought it. Attempting to get AT&T to install a phone line that will work with this phone. The customer must ensure that there is a working line that will work with the new rotary phone. Don't tell AT&T you have an old rotary phone, they will tell you that none of the lines will work. This phone works perfectly at my mother-in-law's house. I'm waiting for my new line.
