When you first open the bag you're greeted with a bewildering cluster of poles, but after removing the Velcro it only takes a moment or two to pop the shock corded poles into place with ease. Once in place the chair "skin" can be pulled over the frame, just ensure that you've got it the right way, logo to the right side. At that point there's nothing left to do beyond putting it to use.It is quite stable sitting in the chair, and unlike others that share a similar design, there is almost no issue with the frame twisting if you twist your body to the left or right to pick something up for example. There's a little pouch on the side which I've found quite handy for my phone, and though I suppose you could put a drink there I don't.The chair is also surprisingly comfortable despite its size, and once you're seated in it you can even lean back into it as it provides a decent amount of back support. Make no mistake, it isn't the same as sitting in a full-size chair and you're lower to the ground, but these are acceptable trade-offs for the portability it provides. If you're looking for an ultra-light but reasonably tough chair you can bring camping, to the beach, or pretty much anywhere for that matter this one is definitely worth serious consideration.
