I'm sorry to state that as a furniture expert, my most recent experience with HONBAY was less than satisfactory. Their home, kitchen, and living room furniture assortment is extensive, but the quality of their products is subpar. Their furniture is saggy and scratchy, with lumpy cushions that are unpleasant to sit on. Furthermore, when I had a problem with my order and contacted customer care, I received unreliable and insufficient assistance. Overall, if you're in the market for durable furnishings and attentive support, I wouldn't suggest shopping at HONBAY.
