I've tried it on cars at home with my air compressor and it seems to work well. It is convenient to have a pressure gauge built into the tire chuck or inflation unit. The gauge reading on the unit matched another gauge I have. This is the first quick coupler I've tried and it has worked well on car tires up to 35psi. (I still hand press it when it hits the desired psi - just to make sure the readings are accurate.) I actually bought it to inflate the twin rear tires of a truck on a panel van where I volunteer . Due to the location of the valve stems, these are difficult to access. The flexible hose makes them easy to access. In addition, this device has a pressure gauge that reads up to 180psi, which is necessary to inflate tires to 85-90psi. Most automatic gauges simply read 60 psi. The gauge portion of the air cartridge/hose saves time and makes it easier to access valve stems in awkward positions. Works well, cheap and delivered quickly. Happy with the purchase.
