I am a mother of four very active boys. My eldest is 8 years old and we have bought LLBean coats for him his entire life. In the last two years my two eldest have been going through growth spurts and have been playing very hard in their outside gear. When I was buying jackets over $100 each for this winter season, I just couldn't bring myself to pay that much for coats that would only last one season. I stumbled across them and decided to give it a try. I bought them in October and now it's early February. These coats are just AWESOME! They held up great! I love that they have an internal snow skirt for extra warmth and weather protection. We live in Maine and my 8 and 6 year olds say they are warm and comfortable. They are also easy to clean. It's great to be able to buy two coats for the price of one and still get good quality. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I found them very true to size.
