Not as advertised, monitor is also blurry

Monitor is very blurry, does not have AV inputs as advertised, only VGA, think DVR output is what is blurry. Not sure how it would look with the yellow AV cable over VGA as the monitor is incorrectly advertised and actually only has a VGA input.
