Bought this bag to carry my laptop. It looks very professional and I got a lot of compliments. Pros: Plenty of room for a laptop, files and folders after I removed the laptop case (which didn't fit my laptop and took up too much space). Outside pockets also hold papers. I really like the pen, cell phone and other compartments on the inside as well as the zippered pocket in the middle. Cons: Using a laptop sleeve takes up too much space and was too small for my laptop. If it wasn't seashell pink I might wear it alone. The handles are very hard. I still hope they straighten up from the folded up position they were packaged in. This makes it difficult to load and unload items in the bag as the handles get in the way. They don't stand up like in the picture. Overall: very happy with my purchase.
