I bought a GoTrust Idem security key and a HyperFIDO Titanium U2F security key at the same time. I had to return the GoTrust Idem security key. The button was not activated when I touched the pad. Drivers load properly on Windows 10. I tried using the idem key in Firefox version 77.0.1 and in Google Chrome version 83.0.4103.97. Both versions are as of June 2020. The second key I bought was HyperFIDO Titanium U2F Security. The key worked perfectly right out of the box. So it must be a firmware issue or a QA issue with the GoTrust Idem security key. I wish I really wanted it to be my primary security key.
