me a photo of someone's house that has my package in it. That collar looks great. The material seems strong, but whoever assembled it didn't know what they were doing. The part of the collar that snaps to hold the collar in place is nice, but it doesn't lie comfortably flat. The nylon strap is not properly inserted into the part of the locking mechanism that it attaches to. The strap had to be inserted through the "TWO" holes and it had to go flat and prevent the plastic locking mechanism from sliding freely. I hope I have expressed well what the problem is. If the end of the ribbon is not sewn, I can thread the ribbon through the second hole as intended. Anyone who has this item made in China should show them how everything should be put together as it seems to be a chronic problem. I have just returned a collar also made in China where the metal ring that the leash attaches to was placed between the collar and the dog's neck making it impossible to attach the leash. This leads me to suspect that this company has no quality control. This is an error that is very easy to spot and fix.
