Come on guys. This is the ugliest cheaply made thing I've ever seen. Send back directly. The packaging sucks too. You can't gift this for Christmas, it's just wrapped in a brown box like they don't care. What a big disappointment that was. If you've ever been to Sam's or Costco and bought fried chicken, it was in a plastic container. This battledome is almost the same quality, only slightly larger. I showed it to my wife and she remarked that it looked like a cheap roaster you can buy at the grocery store.
