While the bags are durable and suitable for composting on the kitchen counter, they won't break. After 9 months in a large outdoor composter all the food, crates, coffee and filters, eggshells have decomposed perfectly to give us a nice dark rich compost. If it weren't for those stupid bags. They're far from falling apart. In fact, they are just as strong and durable as they were a few months ago. Well it's a joke.
