My MIL has a pasta maker and when I told her I wanted a nozzle for my KitchenAid she told me to just buy a pasta cart because it's so is much easier. Well, I didn't want another appliance for my kitchen, so I kind of put it aside. I found these at a Prime Day sale and decided to buy one and I'm so glad I did! I've used it twice in the last month, excellent tasting noodles, very easy to use, the pieces feel sturdy, the brush provided makes it easy to clean the pieces after drying. a healthy pinch of salt, three eggs and a drop of olive oil. Knead everything together on the counter for 8-12 minutes into an elastic ball, cover and let rise at room temperature for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours (the dough is elastic😂), roll out, cook and eat!
