I was a bit skeptical about this chair at first, but for most of my life I have had back problems (lack of curvature of the spine). I was looking for a new office chair that might add to long-term comfort (hours of sitting). Something with more lumbar support looked like a ticket, but most of these chairs cost hundreds to thousands of dollars. I've been browsing Amazon for a while and saw the recommended product but it didn't look like a chair, I thought it was some sort of exercise machine. A chair on your knees? Never heard of them. Looking through the list of kneeling chairs, there were quite a few, but this Sleekform chair is the one I think. Most of the other chairs were more expensive (almost double the price) and some were wooden and had issues. with split/broken frame according to reviews. Anyway, I received this chair two days ago and it was assembled in about 10 minutes. very simple design. It feels solid and I feel like I can trust it for my 6'4" frame 215lb since the rated weight limit is 250lb. For the last 2 days I've seen my old office chair In favor of Sleekform I have no problem sitting for long periods of time, my shins are a little tender so they hurt after about an hour of using the chair but I don't feel like this is a design result. Placing a small and thin cushion on a lap support certainly solves this problem.The chair itself is height and angle adjustable by turning a dial built in under the seat.As you adjust the chair from its standard lower position, it rises higher and tilts lean more forward (this is for taller people) The tricky thing about this kneeling position compared to a regular chair is that in a regular St usually lean back and/or put some pressure on your spine. With a kneeling chair, you stand up straight and lean forward, which helps keep your back straight and correct (e.g. when you're standing). This chair is also very light at 16 pounds. and also very portable. Movable wheels are also a plus. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who has back problems and needs a comfortable alternative to a standard chair. Also, I feel that anyone who works in a garage or office can find a lot of interesting things in this chair. I highly recommend.
