I wish I had them from day one
My dentist fitted me with Invisalign and didn't give me a good explanation on how to remove it. Trying to pull them out was extremely tiring and painful as it pricked and tore the inside of my mouth. Luckily I was looking to see if there was a tool that would make removing them easier and found them. They work great - the whole process of taking out trays just got 100% easier. I also found a YouTube channel called "TrayMinder" that had some good demos and information. I highly recommend the YouTube channel and buy them BEFORE you start installing Invisalign.
