Super comfortable for men
I love them. The insole provides adequate shock absorption from stones. It feels like I'm not wearing shoes. My knees and hips hurt after running four miles in my Altra Paradigms. Since using them I have had no more pain. Worn while hiking in the woods for five and a half miles. Afterwards the legs, ankles and calf muscles felt great. I will definitely order more. My foot is ten and a half and these shoes are a ten and a half and they are perfect. I have no complaints. Hope they last long. I've ridden them about forty miles now and they're holding up well.
