Review on 12V Adapter Cable for Garmin Devices by Robert Dabney

I bought this cable to replace an original Garmin cable (for Garmin nüvi 760) that is deteriorating (on and off). This cable does not work even though it fits the base of the GPS. I don't know if it's incorrectly plugged into the base in my 2008 Toyota Sienna van or if it's having trouble getting power from the outlet (I've tried both regular and cigarette lighter outlets). Since I can't return the product (I threw away the packing list), I decided to use the original charging head with a new male tip (sorry for the lack of correct terminology).
