The way we can see all of our products data in one easy place is very helpful for us as well as our customers! It's also great that it automatically updates when there are changes made by others which makes things even easier. I don't think this has ever been mentioned but sometimes you have to go back into your product database to update something if someone else edited an existing entry while you were out or away from workstation etc. This software takes care of everything so no manual inputting necessary with multiple vendors being used at once! We use this system extensively across different sites and locations (3) to keep track of various types of information including equipment requirements, vendor contract info & warranties/insurances amongst other important details related to our projects.
