Bought these in a size for this summer and a size for next summer for my 3 year old granddaughter. I was very pleased when they arrived. They are just as cute as they look in the picture. They also are very well made. I don't know what the fabric really is but it seems very appropriate for water wear . They are apparently very comfortable because my little one runs all over the water park and playground in them and has never complained. They are very secure on her feet and stand up to all the wear and tear that she puts them through.
