Okay, so. the faucet is leaking. It looks good for the price, but if it leaks it doesn't matter. A handyman and a plumber came to my house to try and stop the faucet from leaking. We replaced both O-rings and tightened enough. but it leaks and eventually there is a fit in the alignment or molding of the faucet that doesn't work properly. I don't see any way to contact the manufacturer, otherwise I would just be returning the faucet. I would even be willing to pay, but not for a complete sink and faucet replacement. Instead I have a faucet that just leaks. Yes, we tried teflon tape on the threads, but it's dripping from the faucet. I have no choice but to turn off the feeds until I need them and then turn them back on.
