Review on Segmentify by Dusty Tofte

The product is easy to use with great visualizations! It's very intuitive which makes it easier for new users as well as seasoned ones alike. I wish there was more customization options available in terms of segmentation rules (i.e., not just "add" or remove segments). There are some limitations that can be improved upon such as being able to create custom fields but this could also make things too complex so we have had success using existing features. We used SEGMENTIFY to help us understand our audience better by creating different groups within their profiles. This has helped us identify who needs what information and when they need it from an email marketing perspective - something we couldn't do before because most tools were either hard-coded around one single profile type or didn't allow multiple types/profiles per account.
