I would always buy them. I am so glad I made this purchase. I shopped for quite a long time before finally deciding on them. These are great quality at an affordable price and do a great job of keeping kids warm and cozy. We have very cold winters here, often in the single digits, and it worked. I have used them on my 3 and 4 year olds but they are very stretchy and I can see them growing with them. Look no further and give them a chance, you won't regret it. I've washed them several times and they're still holding up great. No more annoying scarves that come loose or drag across the floor!
