Bought for USB stick, not memory. Do we trust random Zon USB sticks?

I'm 100% serious about "do we trust this stuff" because I don't. Side question, it's most likely just a mild compromise if it turns out to be "corrupt" so for example do I have to destroy the memory card/board or is it safe enough for me to leave it to one of my enemies?
