Ideal for making ghee and flavored butter

I mainly use it for making ghee. It's so great to have markers as guides to cut as many as I need. I found the marks are in the wrong place, but still easy to measure. The formed chilled ghee will pop out of this mold easily. It is also great for making flavored oils. Fantastic design.

Pros
