Review on MATNIKS by Todd Foster

It was a letdown working with MATNIKS. I placed an online purchase for some pipe fittings, but the delivery was problematic. I attempted to contact customer support for assistance, but I only received unprofessional and unhelpful responses. They were unable to fix my problem and appeared more concerned with assigning responsibility than coming up with a fix. As a life coach, I place a high value on communication and customer care, and MATNIKS fell short in both areas. There are many other options with superior customer service, so I would advise anyone against using this online store.
