Great compression for the money. Buy it!
Great compression shirt for the price you pay. I'm 6ft, 165lbs, short to medium height. I chose the XL because the ratings are rather "small". The size you should get depends on how much you want to "compress". I wanted a light grip, not too tight, so I took more. I'm sure the L will do, but I don't need the extra compression. If you are taller or more muscular you should go 1 or even 2 sizes up.
