A very nice decoration for a children's party with a circus theme. We used a plastic popcorn box, stuffed it with plastic bags, attached 4 curly ribbons to the inside, one on each side (from the dollar store), covered the top with shredded yellow paper, then stuck the ducklings onto suction cups (didn 't). no need to glue, just install); We put three in a popcorn box and they came out cute. I can't tell if they float but the quality is very good and they are normal full size rubber duckies. Assembling each central piece costs about $8. I was very happy with my purchase.
