I used another major brand's oats and whey for a quick breakfast before going to the gym and its quality and its Flavors were moody so I decided to try MuscleFeast. Musclefeast is just as good, if not better, because it only uses natural ingredients. To those people who complain about mixing it - it contains oat powder which will never mix completely and you can't expect that. It mixes just as well as any other oat and whey if shaken vigorously in a blender for a few seconds. One star deducted because it could have been tastier and labeling issues. As long as the quality is maintained I will continue to buy it.
