I wash my face with Aveeno Ultra Soothing Moisturizing Cleansing Gel or Cerave Moisturizing Facial Cleanser and gently exfoliate with one of the cleansers with a little salt about twice a week. I emphasize gentle peeling. So I change or mix oils. Then use Cosrx when I get out. My wrinkles have reduced significantly. I don't use makeup either. dr Dray found that the three types of gyraulonic acid were better absorbed into the skin; since gyraulonic acid type 1 is not absorbed into the skin.
