Review on HBS EcoTime by Bobby Plymell

I love that it allows employees to clock into work from home, as well as remote workers who are with another office; great software! Sometimes there would be issues logging an employee if someone else was using "your" computer but after contacting support by phone & email everything works just fine again!! Very helpful tool especially during COVID-19 pandemic! It's easy enough that any new hire could figure things our quickly without having training courses provided online/ via video tutorials - very convenient indeed. Great customer service too which helps ease stress knowing something isn’t working properly at first until fixed. Just like anything though once used multiple times will become easier so get comfortable learning how best use each function before troubleshooting arises The integration with our Payroll software was seamless! Very quick setup, easy access from anywhere, no issues at all so far! I wish there were more features but it's great as-is - definitely recommend. They work very hard to keep up with customer support questions and fixes quickly. We are able to see who worked where each day using an application that allows employees to view hours spent working on different projects/assignments throughout the week versus those assigned directly by management.
