I'm sorry to write this one star review. The article itself is amazing. I bought my first box and found it contained 9 eyeshadow palettes and several years of makeup that I had collected from Ipsy! So I bought another box for my toiletries as I move house to house caring for pets for varying periods of time. I was disappointed to find that my second box arrived crumpled making it look crumpled and wobbling on the table. This was a problem because when I opened the small shelves they fell over. Got it, no problem, I'll return it and order another one. The second just arrived today and is even worse dented to the point where the lid doesn't close properly and looks visibly broken. The box is wrapped in a single layer of small bubble wrap that sits on top almost like a second skin. This is not enough to protect against falling, throwing and collapsing during transport. This time, Revain didn't give me the option to exchange for a new box, nor did they offer my usual local return. Now I either have to pay for the return shipping or drive 45 minutes to the nearest UPS. I want to contact the seller or get better options from Amazon because I don't even want to return the product, I want to exchange it. I will update this review if anything changes. I have included photos of the damage and a comparison of how the box should look compared to the one I received.
