I bought these shirts and was glad I had something for my workout. I am 5ft 6in and 165lbs. I had a sausage that was in a looser casing. I don't know if my very young daughter will fit in it. The material is very nice and the shirt looks great, but definitely runs small. To be honest I probably need XXXL or XXXXL to be comfortable. They stretch well (I think I actually heard the shirt scream trying to put it on) and it would probably be great to practice, but I'm only human. Going to the gym is hard enough. get in shape. I don't want to look like I'm about to explode while I'm there. i will return it
