This material is very thick and sticky. It doesn't burn your teeth at all. I've used it twice and I haven't noticed any change in the color of my teeth. I also used another brand that I bought at the same time as this stuff, so I used those instead. This brand (VieBeauti Teeth Whitening Kit - 5X LED Light, 35% Carbamide) is really tingly and can be quite uncomfortable because it's so strong, although technically it's not as strong as this product claims. He did an amazing job whitening my teeth. I'm so mad at myself for not returning it when I had the chance. It's too late now.
