Both times I tried feeding it to my copepods and amphipods, it caused algal blooms and killed my crops. I even gave him a second chance if that was by accident. I assume it had a very high fertilizer content. That's six cultures destroyed by just one variable. Other than that I haven't used it for feeding in my main tank but I would be concerned it might increase the amount of nutrients.
