Review on EDITED by Hikeboy Ramey

The software was very easy for our team with no previous experience whatsoever in retail operations or analytics! They created an entire analytic system from scratch that met all their needs perfectly. It's been almost two years since we implemented EditEd at Kmart but I've never had any problems solving issues such as data integrity errors or issues finding solutions during peak hours like Black Friday when store traffic increases several times over normal business levels. We were able solve many common operational questions throughout my career there without having someone else do it first - which saves us tons of money vs hiring staff just to answer basic management requests (like asking if employees are clocking out properly). There isn't much about this specific software/website itself; however they have great customer service who gets back quickly within minutes whenever something happens regarding support tickets etc.
