I have had this phone case for 11 months now and it is in excellent condition. In the end, I decided to buy another one because I want a new pattern, not because there's something wrong with it, and I'm planning to buy the exact same case in a different color. It's starting to show some wear along the spine and clasp but is not ripped or torn and still works like new. My phone was well protected and I love having my wallet and phone in one. The wrist strap comes in handy when your hands are full. I was EXTREMELY pleased with this case and can't wait to buy a second one and enjoy another year of it. Edit: Third time returning customer - I've been using this phone case for two and a half years. Years! My first suitcase from this brand lasted a year and I wanted a different model - it was still in good condition. My second case has finally worn out after 18 months and I am replacing it with the exact same case with the same pattern. This is a high quality, durable case that provides excellent protection for my phone. I use this case and screen protector and my phone looks brand new even at 2.5 years old. My youngest child even drops it from the cart onto the hard floor once or twice a week - it's still like new. That's a great case! I've gotten used to it now, but I remember when I first started using this case there were a few days when I felt like I was carrying a giant phone with me. You'll quickly get used to the fact that it's a bit bulkier than other suitcases. For me it pays to have my phone and ID, debit, credit and insurance cards in one place. If I want, I can fly out of the house with just my phone and car keys, and the armband is perfect when you have your hands full. It's also very convenient to just toss it in a diaper bag instead of a separate bag, or toss it in a swim bag and go to the pool. It's extremely versatile. I will buy this case again and again. This is a great product at a great price!
