Screen Protector runs true to size! As you can see from the picture, it fits so snugly on the front of my Garmin Forerunner 245 that you can't even tell if a screen protector is attached. The instructions were a little generic, but it was easy enough for me to figure out. I used 2 of the 3 washers on either side of the tread. I then used a dust removal sticker on my watch. Then wiped with an alcohol wipe and dried with a microfiber cloth. Remove the sticker from the bottom of the protective film. Using stickers for placement, line it up with the clock and gently lower it into place. Flatten the cloth and make sure there are no air bubbles and you're done!
