I don't know what happened, but the filter gave an unpleasant aftertaste.
later I don't know why but I know the filters I got smelled bad! Almost like plastic taste! Maybe an isolated incident, or maybe the filters were in a hot warehouse and something happened to them. I do not know! I know I buy different filters and the bad taste goes away! Customer service responded quickly and was willing to refund the amount. (Revane) handled it.
