I don't know what happened, but the filter gave an unpleasant aftertaste.

later I don't know why but I know the filters I got smelled bad! Almost like plastic taste! Maybe an isolated incident, or maybe the filters were in a hot warehouse and something happened to them. I do not know! I know I buy different filters and the bad taste goes away! Customer service responded quickly and was willing to refund the amount. (Revane) handled it.

Pros

Retains beneficial nutrients in the water and removes chlorine taste and odor, leaving you with fresh, clean water.
