These are beautiful gloves as many have said and good quality materials considering they are synthetic (don't feel cheap like other synthetics). The padding can be a bit stiff but will likely soften over time. So, I like the look, but what worries me the most is the general fit/position of the fist in the glove. Its shape doesn't seem to allow me to punch with proper form/fist and instead I punch with my middle knuckles instead. In other words, the upper knuckles cannot move forward far enough to be too high on the glove, affecting the contact point. This might be fine if you're not a power hitter, but even then, I think it can be dangerous in the long run. For a moment, after just a few minutes, I felt too uncomfortable to continue. I really wanted these gloves to work (you can't beat the looks and materials at this price point) but there had to be something. The position of the hand in the glove is crucial if you want to generate power and avoid injury. Maybe the other hand fits differently. I want to say that this is my third pair of gloves I've tried, three different brands and I've had no luck. This is a matter of taste and understanding that everyone has different shapes. Trial and error I guess.
