We received this call for my mother who is in her 70's and has a disability. There were times when we couldn't hear her yelling at us, his call solved that problem. There are 2 receivers so we placed them in different parts of our home. When I go outside I can take the phone with me and know if she needs help. My mother wears a call button around her neck and presses it when she needs something. She has arthritis so doing things with her hands can be difficult; However, she doesn't have a problem with this button since it's quite large (not huge). The system works like a wireless doorbell. We were able to set 2 different sounds on the receivers. It gave me freedom and peace of mind. Now I can go to the yard and not worry that my mother will need me and I will miss her.
