It's less than I thought it would be, but it's easy enough to assemble and disassemble, you don't even need instructions. Only one orange-flavored add-on has been used so far, but it's nice - not too spicy, with a light, uplifting flavor. While it tends to drip orange (rest. non-continuous) water depending on how you use it, it doesn't seem to stain my plastic(?) shower/bathtub. It's TANGIBLE, just like the first time you use it, the difference is in how your hair and skin looks and feels in and out of the shower. The pause button is very nice. It also works very well for my little fluffy baby. Be very attentive, include a business card with contact information in case anything is missing or needs attention. The only real downside I think is that you can't adjust the flow or change the output other than the pause button, but I can probably learn to live with that.
