We return to Hevi.

These are the worst. The laces don't pull to gather the top of the bag when you try to tie it, and the bags often snap at the seam when you try to pull them over the corners of a standard 13-gallon dumpster. Honestly, the scent isn't enough to cover up the shortcomings of these bags. I will return to Hefty afterwards.
