My parents bought me a really nice bike bag last Christmas for the back of my bike. On my first bike trip in the Spring I took along my, camera, water and snacks. That is when I realized it probably wasn't smart to put my camera in with water in the event that the bottles leaked. That is when I found this bag that you can mount to your handlebars. This actually works out much better if you are riding along and want to capture a picture of wildlife in a matter of seconds. It is definitely easier access for a camera than having to either get off your bike or really stretch to grab your camera in the back. This is a nice sturdy bag and fits my Pentax DSLR camera perfectly. There are also additional pockets for your keys, phone etc. If you are riding by map there is a clear divider on the top of the bag that you could reference. When we ride around town I use this space to put our garage door opener in. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this bag to others.
