No help. $200 came out. Plus electricity bill! Very disappointed.
Three cables did not come out of the motor. NO BLACK wire. The included instructions are not preserved for the fan. Could not find support phone number for mtg. Numerous calls and emails from Revain came from people who didn't know anything about installing a fan. A nice fan and I would love to be able to use it. The purchase price could not be refunded because 4 days have passed since the 30-day limit. Finish $200.00. Bought 4 fans. That's the customer service you get!
