I am new to spinning and I’ve heard from many people that the spin cleats are essential to having the full experience. I saw these and thought I would try.I normally wear size 9.5 in athletic shoes and my feet are not wide so I decided to choose a smaller size with these based on the other reviews. I ordered 8.5 and my toes go almost to the end, but I don’t think it will be a problem. Perhaps size 9 would be perfect for me but I didn’t see size 9 as an available option. They arrive without the cleats attached so you need to install. And they only come shipped with one type of cleats (Delta Look 3 clip cleats). When I brought them to my gym, I found out that these shoes will work with the spin bikes there, BUT not with this type of cleat attachment. I have ordered the BV SPD Cleats so that I can install them on these shoes to fit with the spin bikes at my gym. I like the look of these shoes, but do agree with the other reviewers that the durability of them is solely for indoor use.
