Terrible product, not satisfied with the purchase!

I ordered at one of the well-known online stores, refused to work. both on my computer and on others. after a week of discussions with technical support and with service providers in his city (all refused to repair or do an examination), he opened it himself and found an unconnected connector to the keyboard board. great keyboard for my money (luckily I took it at a discount for 9500), I recommend it to everyone (no)

Pros

Beautiful in appearance, convenient location of additional keys under the left hand (no need to release the mouse)

Cons

assembly: gap gap and poor-quality internal assembly (see com.), not the best software with technical support, USB connector is not pass-through and does not work without a keyboard connector, backlighting of additional buttons is not controlled and has only one color.
