The base that screws onto the pitcher's bottom that has the blades attached to it has a seal that you cannot reach and from all the protein smoothies I make it is starting to smell. I've tried placing it in the dishwasher, soaking it in baking soda and it doesn't help. Also tried vinegar and Dawn but it won't come clean. I've used Qtips and that helps a bit but it still smells. Can't get deep enough, I guess. I called Ninja support, and they suggested what I've already tried. No help at all. Can someone tell me how they clean theirs? The unit works great, just this one cleaning problem.
