The customer service is friendly, easy to access any time of day or night when needed! Easy navigation in multiple options for requesting feedbacks (both positive & negative). Great way that allows employees/customers alike receive immediate responses from clients as well as supervisors via email / text message upon completion!! I love how quickly it works compared with other ways out there where you have wait days sometimes weeks before receiving an answer. Keep up what your doing guys. ! It's been great so far - no issues whatsoever! A very quick turnaround between questions asked by myself vs those received back through their system once submitted has helped me keep my composure during stressful times at work!! Very happy we decided go this route over others such like Survey Gizmo etc....it really helps ease stress levels greatly due to knowing our customers are being taken care off properly throughout all stages within each transaction they make while using us online services thru shopify store.
