These grips replaced the standard static grips that came with my Moza Air Remote Gimbal and they work the same as the standard dual grips that originally came with my device. They help remove much of the up-and-down motion and smooth out some of the micro-jitter associated with fast walking/jogging while filming. You also see a slight benefit in normal walking, but no more than practicing proper 'ninja walking' technique. So it really depends on what you want to use it for. It helps more with brisk walking/light jogging, but not as much with regular walking.
