I'm a man in my fifties and I never thought I'd have to use a special soap. That's the way it was. I got very dry skin, especially on the arms, hands and legs and even the neck. It was itchy. I tried the lotions my wife bought but just didn't like the creamy, oily feel on my hands and body. It might have been the soap we used with a strong scent. I've been using colloidal silver for inner ear infections (swimmer's ear) and even my sinuses and it's worked great so I decided to give it a try. It seemed like it took a few showers to notice a difference, but I stopped itching. I also had no greasy lotion feeling. I just felt clean. It lathers very well, lots of lather. So if you're a man who doesn't want to smell like you've been thrown into a pink perfume bath, this is an option as it doesn't actually leave a scent behind. You just smell clean and that's what I wanted.
