I didn't like this as straight out of the box I noticed a big scratch over the wheel on the fender which prompted me to close the whole scooter inspect. Of course there were more scratches. I figured maybe it was reviews from other people saying their new scooter was just a repackaged used one. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt and opened up my second scooter. Scratches under and around the front. This is really unfortunate because I bought it as a gift for my little cousin and saw her excited look at getting a new scooter turned into a curious frown when I saw a big scratch on the box and explain myself that she would have to wait for a new one to come, it was just a very uncomfortable situation for all of us. I will have to send it back and wait for them to send me two more. The protection in the box is adequate, and it came in a box within a box, so I know that wasn't the problem. I will leave a 1 star review until new scooters arrive for review as I am unhappy with the inconvenience at the moment. Can someone from the sales team explain how these products were allowed to leave the warehouse?
